PASSITO RED WINE
An elegant ruby red, with aromas of ripe red berry fruit and spicy.
The taste is decisive, sweet, inebriating, warm, quite savory and persistent with a perception of delicate tannins.
A meditation wine, ideal to be combined with fossa or pecorino cheeses, lasagna and grilled meats.

Winemaking
The 10 wine celebrates the tenth year since the planting of the vineyard, a limited production only of the 2009 vintage.
The selection and harvesting of the grapes take place by hand for an optimal drying session in special wooden boxes for 2-3 months. In the cellar takes place the soft pressing of 100% of dried vernaccia nera. The fermentation takes place in barriques for 18 months. The process ends with bottle aging for at least 6 months.
